Guess who’s back
Published by Jedi July 14th, 2007 in General, ThoughtsEvery since non stop rants (NSR) was launched, blogging for me has taken a backseat. NSR has been my full time vocation right from day one. Partly because it satisfied a need blogging couldn’t at a time I was at the crossroads of my ‘blogging life’. I could write one liners, crib about anything, bore people with inconsequential stuff like ‘I am having a turkey right now’ and generally be annoying. NSR has been a revelation in that sense. Of course, people can achieve the same through blogs but that really isn’t my idea of blogging. Just visit non stop rants and you’ll see what I’m talking about!
Once in a while the desire to incessantly ramble does take over and that’s why my blogs still exist. You know.. put up some pics, talk about movies, sports and life in general.. that kinda stuff!
Work, work, work.. thats all I have been up to. Not particularly because I’ve been loaded with it but because nothing much exciting has happened and I’ve had little else to do. I do go out on the weekends, meet people, watch every movie imaginable but thats something I’ve always done and doesn’t qualify as ‘different’. Yes I did travel a bit and spent time away but very little. I need some excitement in life!
One of the reasons the last few months have been so poor is the weather. Its officially been the worst summer in decades. Its almost been raining every single day since May. The weather here sucks big time! It is easy to blame the weather though. I could always have been a little more enterprising spent some time naked on a hot sunny beach in France or Spain. Perhaps not naked.. why cause an unnecessary beach frenzy? People go to these places to enjoy themselves! But you get the idea anyway.
There is a lot in my personal, and perhaps professional, life that is not right at the moment. Nothing thats a cause for huge concern but.. things are not the way I want them to be and this is becoming increasingly frustrating for me. And looks like this trend will continue in the near future. By the end of the year I expect to turn a corner. Until then, I hope I’m never invited to a ‘garba’ dance party. Things could get ugly!

The weather has been quite horrible I must say. I have been sitting at home all these weekends and have been generally miserable due to it. Sheesh, I need a vacation.
