Taking steam always does wonders for me when I've got cold.. because I just can't swallow the tablet.. :P (flush them down! :P ) so.. steam works.. (also, it is great for the skin.. :P , but keep it only water - no vicks or anything..) About shopping malls, yes.. that's a major revolution in almost all the cities of India..
