Johnny hates Jazz, but Jedi loves it..

Although that wasn't always the case. I was never too big on Jazz. Call it my prejudice or some sort of a mental block in understanding the finer points of Jazz, it never appealed to me.
However, all that changed last weekend when I attended this Jazz festival. It was brilliant! I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was still the same music but listening to it live made all the difference. I think Jazz is one of those rare genres of music,which you have to witness live in order to really appreciate it. My experience with all the other genres of music has been quite the opposite.
Anyhow, had a nice weekend full of Jazz. Somehow I kept feeling sorry for the poor people in New Orleans all this while.
And sorry Johnny, whoever you are..

Jazz shazz or kya kya? I also thought there was not enough pizazz in jazz, until I heard it live myself in a jazz club. Yes Yes, its the same club - Madam’s Organ @ Adam’s Morgan.
I agree, this is one of the rarest form of music which is best heard live

LH: Yes, I am excited about it right now. However, learning to play a Jazz instrument is out of question I think. Too lazy for that mmm.. perhaps a simple trumpet or a saxophone.. Maybe some day..

Hi!i am trying to find the group name or correct song title for a jazz instrumental song about a train or the train as part of the name. its not night train because the tempo is too slow. its fast paced and goes something like this da da da da da da da pause da da da da da da a lot of horns are involved and it sounds like a train clicking on the tracks i heard it about 10 years ago on tv i wrote the name down but lost it. i would love to get this song if i can get the correct name.
